Our association
The objective of the aba is to concentrate and foster all efforts in the area of occupational pensions. We take an active role in shaping its socio-political design, including questions pertaining to tax and social law as well as insurance law and actuarial mathematics.
We are working hard to ensure that the whole variety of occupational pensions in Germany is fostered and that the framework under which occupational pensions are delivered is fit for a future with a more flexible and more international labour market.
Our committees
The aba works through its Board (Vorstand) and its Committees (Fachvereinigungen and Fachausschüsse).

All activities are coordinated by the aba head office in Berlin (Geschäftsstelle).
