Die FIDA-Verordnung ist in “Annex III: Pending proposals“ zu finden. 

Die erwartete Überarbeitung der EbAV-II-RL wird im Kontext “Savings and Investments Union” auf uns zukommen. Und hoffentlich nur anschauen sollten wir uns: “32. Social fairness 2030 Consumer Agenda, including an action plan for consumers in the Single Market (non-legislative, Q4 2025)“.
